He is an associate writer for MusicDish, author of the book "100 Miles to a Record Deal", a contributing author to the Indie Bible, and a columnist for the Nashville Music Guide. Creative Manager for Al Jolson Enterprises, Inc. since 1992, Bronson is responsible for maintaining the song publishing catalogs of Al Jolson Black & White Music, BMI and Jolie House Music, ASCAP. As a publisher his companies include Iowa HomeGrown Music, BMI and County Lee Music, ASCAP, in addition to the representation of Jondavaira Music, BMI and Dave Butler Music, BMI. He hosted a songwriter workshop in Batesville, AR. He traveled to Denver, C0 to speak about songwriting to the Colorado Music Association on January 18, 2004. On November 16, 2003, Bronson signed his book at the Joseph-Beth Booksellers in Lexington, KY. November 21st he performed for the USA Songwriting Showcase at Borders Books & Music in Woodbury, MN. On November 23rd he was a guest on the "live" radio program Homegrown in Minneapolis, MN on 92 KQRS FM at midnight.
In 2003, Bronson conducted a music publishing workshop for the Independent Music Conference which took place August 28-31 in Philadelphia, PA. He was a judge for the Colgate Country Music Showdown in Searcy, AR on September 9th, and he was a Panelist for the Nashville New Music Conference, 2NMC September 10-14 in Nashville. He was a Panelist and a Mentor for The-MIC Conference in Birmingham, AL, October 17-19, and he returned for a second year at the Midwest Entertainment Industry Conference hosted in Lexington, KY from November 13-16.
As a songwriter he has songs published with 7 different publishers including BMG Music, EMI Music, and Window Music. He is also currently a judge for the Great American Song Contest and a judge, and a sponsor of The Windrift Music Songwriting Competition 2004 Signed from 1981 thru 1985 with RCA Records, Mexico, as leader of Iowa band The Ozone Ramblers, Bronson has toured 42 States and 18 Countries as an entertainer. He is a multi-instrumentalist and plays Fiddle, Mandolin, Harmonica and Acoustic Guitar.
